These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the YoloTickets platform (“the Platform”), owned and operated by YoloTickets (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our services as an event organizer or ticket buyer, you agree to the terms set out below.
YoloTickets acts solely as a ticketing service provider and not as the event organizer. We provide tools for event listing, ticket sales, and entry validation. We do not control or manage events and are not responsible for event delivery, quality, safety, or content.
All ticket purchases are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. Once payment is confirmed, a ticket will be issued and delivered electronically to the buyer.
Each ticket contains a unique QR code or reference number. A ticket becomes invalid once scanned at the venue. Duplicate or altered tickets will be rejected.
YoloTickets is not responsible for event postponement, cancellation, or changes made by the organizer. Refunds or rescheduling, if applicable, shall be handled by the organizer in accordance with their policies.
YoloTickets shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, or shared tickets. Buyers are advised not to share their ticket details or QR code.
Buyers must comply with event rules and venue regulations. Entry may be refused without refund for disorderly conduct, intoxication, or failure to comply with security procedures.
Organizers are solely responsible for event planning, venue arrangements, security, crowd management, and compliance with all applicable laws.
Organizers must ensure all event details (date, time, venue, pricing) are accurate. YoloTickets is not liable for inaccuracies provided by the organizer.
Revenue shall be remitted based on agreed payout terms after deduction of platform fees and transaction charges.
The organizer is fully responsible for refunds to buyers in the event of cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to remove events that violate Kenyan Law, involve fraud, promote hate/violence, or pose public safety risks.
YoloTickets shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from event cancellations, entry denial by organizers, acts/omissions of organizers, or technical failures beyond reasonable control.
All content and software on the YoloTickets platform remains the property of YoloTickets. Organizers grant us a limited license to display event info for ticketing purposes.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data shall only be used for ticketing and event-related communication.
YoloTickets may suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
